Lyophilization based preservation of fungi under high vacuum comprises controlled pumping as a function of the fungus texture

The lyophilization-based preservation of fungi under high vacuum has 5 microns vacuum at the pump, and 25 microns vacuum at the sample at -30 degrees C. Because of the lability of the material being dehydrated, the vacuum and temperature set points can be adapted to control the variation of the texture of the preserved fungi.
