The system includes a control center for the management and administration of several remote message providing devices and wireless communication devices. An operator or a user can transmit instructions to the control center from a remote location to publish messages with real control. The message providing devices are computerized. Each message providing device is provided with a display screen for showing the messages, a processor, a memory for storing public messages, and a communication module for communicating with the control center.
