The boot binding for a snow board or ski has two fixings (9,11) fixed to the users boot in use. The fixings can form a stop (9) and heel grip (11). The mountings (13,14) have side mounted flanges (24,26) to engage complementary formations (29,30) at the sides of the board. The stop and heel grip can be screwed to the mountings. |
