Aqueous fluid for oil or gas field applications contains (a) polymer(s) with boronate groups, (b) ligand polymer(s) with groups which can react with boronate groups (either in the cis position on vicinal atoms or on two atoms separated by another atom) and (c) water-soluble salt(s). An aqueous fluid (I) used for working oil or gas deposits, contains (a) boronated polymer(s) with boronate or boronate precursor functions, (b) ligand polymer(s) with at least two groups which can react with the boronate or precursor functions, these groups being in the cis position and attached to vicinal atoms or attached to two atoms separated by another atom, and (c) salt(s) which is/are soluble in (I), in amounts of at least 0.01 wt% based on (I) and below the limit of solubility in (I). |
