The lamination assembly (10), to produce a laminated material from two materials (a1,a2) which cannot be directly adhesive bonded to each other, uses a carrier layer (b) with a cold glue (c) which can be separated from it. The carrier layer is brought against the first material with the glue at it. The glue is pressed (A) into it, for transfer (C), and the carrier is detached. The coated material is pressed against the second material to give a cold lamination.
