The knitting warp is made up of a polypropylene, polyester and polyamide biocompatible filament/monofilaments wire (having 0.06-0.20 mm) and formed by a threading unit on the bar. The threading is carried by placing the units face to face and the warp having a gauge and has a surface mass lower or equal to 20g/m2>. An independent claim is also included for a strip of reinforcement.
