The method includes the steps of detection, by an access and/or starting system (120), of frequency signals emitted independently of the access or starting system, and perturbers for this range of frequencies, and automatic switching (130) of this system on a secure functioning mode, in which the portable device communicates with the equipment by signal of a frequency comprised in a second range of predetermined frequencies, distinct from the first, and non-perturbed by the detected signal. The system is an access or/and starting system for an automotive vehicle (V) of type having a portable device (2) adapted for communication with an unit (1) situated at the level of the automotive vehicle by the signals at a frequency in a first range of predetermined frequencies with a view to authorize or prevent access and/or starting. |
