PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transcript a long text of sutra (120 lines and 840 characters, 7 characters per line) easily and freely, while understanding the meaning of a difficult text of sutra, without using a sheet in waste by dividing the text of sutra into small sections and transcribing them, to write diary/memo thereupon, and to facilitate filing after the transcription. SOLUTION: In this divided transcription of the text of sutra doubling as a diary sheet, a bending line 1 at the center of the longitudinal direction is provided to a paper sheet of A4 size, a pair of left and right text of sutra transcription columns 2 and 2 are provided to the upper steps in the short direction while diary description columns 3 and 3 to the lower steps, assuming the bending line to be their center, and the columns 2 are divided into description columns having four vertical lines by ruled lines.
