PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing deaerating water having an effect so as to increase a defence function of a living body by improving a flow of spirit and making circulation of a body fluid smooth when drinking by deaerating some extent of oxygen dissolved in drinking water such as city water, and an effect so as to allow physical strength to be recovered when people who loses the physical strength drinks. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the deaerating water for drinking, oxygen dissolved in the drinking water such as the city water is treated by vacuum deaeration to aerate dissolved oxygen in water to a concentration of 1 to 4 ppm.
