PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barn for pet animals such as dogs or cats being raised outdoors, furnished with health and more comfortable living conditions through protecting the pet animals' bodies from severe winter cold. SOLUTION: The barn has such a construction that a thermal insulation material made of polystyrene foam is installed on the inner wall of the barn and the surface of the thermal insulation material with a soft and thermo-keeping cloth, thus protecting pet animals' bodies from winter cold.
