Mixture for preparation of reinforcing layer (2) for building stone (6) has excellent heat insulation containing (parts by wt.):water (40-180), additives (200-600), binder (10-50), cement mixture (100-250) containing cement (50-200) and water (20-60), dispersion solution (10-30) containing water (5-15) and synthetic plastic as resin base (5-15).The insulating material can be:coco-, wood-, cotton-, hemp-, bamboo-, or cork fibers. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) method for preparation of the mixture; (2) a building element; and (3) process for production of two-shell (sic) masonry.
