<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aggregate for a fire-proofing coating material and a fire-proofing coating mortar composition using the aggregate in which fire-proofing coating mortar is suppressed of clogging in a hose when forcibly sent by a pump and the sagging or the peeling off of the mortar sprayed on a wall surface or a ceiling does not occur. <P>SOLUTION: The aggregate for the fire-proofing coating material has 0.6-5.0 mm particle diameter and 170-250% water absorption calculated by following formula (2) after centrifugal dehydration, [formula (2):(aggregate water absorption after centrifugal dehydration (%))=(quantity of aggregate water absorption after centrifugal dehydration)/(absolute dry mass of aggregate)×100]. The fire-proofing coating mortar composition contains the aggregate for the fire-proofing coating material and particles containing cement and the content of the aggregate for the fire-proofing coating material is 10-40 wt.%, the particle diameter of the particles containing cement is ≤0.15 mm and the content of the particles is 50-80 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
