<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup-like container capable of carrying without spilling contents and taking out a liquid from the container with a simple operation during exercise or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The cup-like container has an outer periphery of a lid 10 fitted to the upper part of a peripheral wall 4 of a container body 2 with the upper surface open. The lid 10 has a spout 24 bored on the front of a top wall 14 and also a recessed part 30 dented on the rear part of the top wall 14. Further, a turning member 40 is provided, having a rear end 43 pivoted to a part of the top wall in the middle of the spout 24 and the recessed part 30 to protrude forward and a cap 44 attached to the tip to be turned fore-and-aft. The lower end of the cap 44 is detachably and liquid-tightly fitted over the spout 24, and in addition, their fitting is released to have the turning member 40 turned backward, thereby providing the cap 44 to be locked in the recessed part 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
