<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resistance to outside air pressure while reducing deformation when welding vacuum part forming plates in a metallic vacuum heat insulating material and to reduce heat conduction between both plates to enhance the welded sealing degree of end parts. <P>SOLUTION: The metallic vacuum heat insulating material is structured to improve the outside air pressure resistance of the vacuum part forming plates, to reduce deformation caused by welding and to reduce contact between both plates for a decrease in heat conduction between both plates and further to improve the sealing degree of the vacuum part by inserting a material with a heat reflecting material in a low heat conductive material, between both plates and welding the vacuum part forming plates by combining a plurality of welding characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
