PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely guide a vehicle to a lane preferable for traveling and appropriately perform route guidance. SOLUTION: This system comprises a recommended lane setting processing means for setting a recommended traveling lane for every section, based on lane information for every road link and guide route information in intersections; a road state information acquisition processing means for acquiring road state information showing a road state fluctuating in accordance with the presence of vehicles parked in the road for every road link, and a recommended lane determination processing means for changing the set recommended traveling lane, based on the road state information. Since the recommended traveling lane is changed according to the road state fluctuating in accordance with the presence of vehicles parked on the road for every road link, a vehicle can be surely guided to the lane preferable for traveling, and the route guidance can be appropriately performed.
