PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development with which stable images can be obtained for a long time. SOLUTION: At least a binder resin, a release agent and a charge control agent are added to the toner for electrostatic charge image development, wherein the circularity of toner particles is 0.93 to 0.98 and the proportion in number of ultra-fine particles having≤2.0μm particle size is≤10%.
