PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness by enabling easily adjusting position of a microphone and performing hands-free call in a satisfactory state, and enabling spot lighting. SOLUTION: A case 10 is provided with a Bluetooth (R) module 17, a speaker 11, and a microphone 14; and a USB standard connector unit 15 is put into a cigar lighter socket 7 to be supplied with power source. Thus, a hands-free call function relayed by cellular phone 2 is exhibited. This apparatus is provided with a flexible tube 13 having one end fixed on the case 10, a microphone box 34 provided on the free end of this flexible tube 13 and allowing a sound collector to face the main surface to house the microphone 14, and a light-emitting diode 35 allowing its light-emitting part to face the main surface and housed in the microphone box 34.
