发明名称 FUSE ELEMENT FOR THERMAL FUSE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse element for a thermal fuse having temperature characteristics almost identical to those of an alloy type fuse element for a thermal fuse, and low enough electrical resistivity. SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of simple metal material are compounded in parallel, and these metal materials are alloyed in a part of the compounded body. The eutectic structure part of the alloyed spot is melted and liquefied at a solidus line temperature, the simple metal materials are melted into the melt, and the fuse element is disrupted by the time melting of the whole simple metal materials is finished and the whole is made into a liquid phase. The disrupting temperature can be made almost equal to the disrupting temperature of a fuse element the whole of which is alloyed. Since alloying is locally applied, the alloyed portion to the whole is small, and little increase of electrical resistivity due to formation of an intermetallic compound is caused.
