PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure that a certain number or more of replicas required for access distribution exist in a network while avoiding occurrence of reduction in response during traffic increase or deletion in search for deletion of a replica. SOLUTION: The content distributed arrangement system is formed of a terminal for holding the distributively arranged replicas while they are associated with a deletion limit flag. In deleting a replica, the contents of the deletion limit flag associated with the replica are investigated, and processing corresponding to the contents is performed, thereby guaranteeing the presence of a required number of replicas.
