PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device with which examination is performed in an optimally installated state by adjusting the inclination of the device body. SOLUTION: The endoscopic device 1 for observing an object to be observed by inserting its flexible slender insertion part equipped with an observation means at an edge part in the object to be observed is equipped with an installation state changing means 10 for adjusting the installated state to a desired state, with respect to an installation surface in the device body 1a coupled with the insertion part at observation.
