PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check the degree of penetration of a lacrimal fluid to a bevel region of a contact lens placed on the cornea and to rapidly and exactly judge that an appropriate lacrimal fluid exchange is performed and whether a good wearing state can be obtained or not. SOLUTION: A groove 3 is imprinted so as to constitute a circle about the center of the lens in a position where a line extending perpendicularly from a transition part 8 to the bevel region 2 to a front curve 6 of a lens front face from a central region 1 at a lens rear face and the front curve 6 intersect on the lens front face when the section in the diametral direction of the lens is viewed.
