摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the driving source of a conveyance mechanism for calibrating the balance that is very small, compact and conformable to available methods. SOLUTION: The calibrating weight structures 4, 104 for electronic balances equipped with force transmission devices 1, 101 includes calibrating weights 3, 103 capable of connecting to the force transmission devices 1, 101, and force conveyance mechanisms and driving sources to provide the movement guided by the calibrating weights 3, 103. The driving source includes an actuator 16, at least partially made of a shape memory alloy in cooperation with the force conveyance mechanism, and the actuator 16 moves the calibrating weights 3, 103 by the structural changes in the shape memory alloy, resulting from changes in the temperature.
