PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard solution for water quality measuring device and a manufacturing method thereof capable of calibrating each sensor of water quality measuring devices, having multicomponent analytical functions of, for example, an monitoring device at the end of suction pipes, with a single liquid in a short time, damaging no water quality measuring devices, and handling easily waste liquid treatment and the like. SOLUTION: Since the standard solution of water quality measuring device includes hydrate, containing metal atoms or hydroxide 78 containing metal atoms, both a measuring section 4 for measuring turbidity of liquid to be measured and a measuring sections 3 for measuring the chromaticity of liquid to be measured can be calibrated using one liquid.
