摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein a scintillator panel or a sensor panel is a defective product, even if the inferior part is only a phosphor layer, when a defect occurs when forming the phosphor layer on a support member of the scintillator panel or the sensor panel. SOLUTION: A radiation detection device, having the phosphor layer arranged on the support member of the scintillator panel or the sensor panel, is arranged between the support member or the sensor panel and the phosphor layer, and has an exfoliation layer arranged so that the phosphor layer is formed directly. By the constitution, even when the defect occurs on the phosphor layer, the exfoliation layer and the phosphor layer are removed from the support member or the sensor panel at once, and the radiation detection device with high reliability is obtained at a low cost by enabling reproduction use.
