PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain cover structure capable of preventing breakage of the chain cover by preventing the chain cover caught in sprockets even when a chain is run by engaging not only an inner side but also an outer side of the chain with arranged sprockets, and capable of preventing problems such as stain of clothes of a person in a periphery by covering the chain. SOLUTION: The chain covers 20 and 20 for the chain 13 is arranged in a pair facing respective outer side faces 22b and 22b of a pair of outer link plates 22 and 22, and in a view from an axial direction of a pin 23, outer rim parts 24 and 24 of the pair of chain covers 20 and 20 are formed larger than outer rim parts 22c and 22c of the outer link plates 22 and 22.
