PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a counterweight in construction machinery capable of preventing a mounting pin from being damaged. SOLUTION: In a crane 1 in which a counterweight 20 is detachably attached to a rear part of an upper part swivel body 2 loaded on a lower part running body, a bracket 10 having a mounting recessed part 11 opened upward is provided in a rear part of the upper part swivel body 2, a bracket 21 having a horizontal mounting pin 22 inserted into the mounting recessed part 11 from above is provided on the counterweight 20, a pin mounting hole 23 for attaching a guide pin 24 detachably is provided in a bracket 20, and a long hole 12 for guiding the guide pin 24 is provided in the bracket 10. The long hole 12 is formed in such a way that the long hole 12 and the pin mounting hole 23 are mutually overlapped in a condition in which a mounting pin 22 faces the mounting recessed part 11 from above, and the mounting pin 22 is locked in the mounting recessed part 11 while the guide pin 24 attached to the pin mounting hole 23 in an overlapped condition is guided in the long hole 12.
