PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the front end of a wire solder is hardly aligned and may be bent abutting on the inner face of a chuck during inserting work while unfolding the chuck with the operation of a lever, namely, during work for inserting a big wire solder as well as a thin wire solder with one hand while operating the lever against energizing force with the other hand. SOLUTION: This device for delivering a soft material wire rod comprises at least a pair of rollers between which the wire rod is held to be delivered. At least one roller has an operation portion.
