PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance device and an image recording device capable of providing satisfactory feeding precision of a paper P and preventing deterioration of image quality by preventing occurrence of banding for the paper P in an image recording part. SOLUTION: A spur roller 30 in which a pair of spurs 33 are arranged across an intermediate hub 34 having smaller diameter than their diameter is supported by an elastic shaft 37 in an energized manner and has an annular channel 31 along the circumferential direction in a section opposing to the pair of spurs 33. A delivery roller 28 has a projecting circumferential part 32 which can intrude in opposition to the intermediate hub 34 and whose width W is set to 2 mm or less between adjacent annular channel parts 31. The sheet-like paper P is conveyed by nipping and holding it by the delivery roller 28 and the energized spur roller 30.
