PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and compact configuration capable of letting an arm body 6a having a feeding roller 6b for feeding paper sheets accumulated and stored in a cassette 3 evacuate to prevent its interference when inserting and pulling out the cassette 3. SOLUTION: In this configuration, one main link body 71 pivoted so as to swing vertically through a first shaft 62 is connected with an adequate section in a device main body, and this main link body 71 and the arm body 6a are mutually connected through a guide means so as to elevate and lower. The guide means is composed of a substantially linear guide channel 73 formed to be long along its longitudinal direction (direction of paper feeding) on one side face of the arm body 6a and a pin shaft 74 provided on an inner face on a tip side of the main link body 71 and fitted into the guide channel 73 movably. Cam follower faces (a first face 69a, a second face 69b, a third face 69c, a fourth face 69d) coming into slide-contact with an upper end of an inclination separation plate 8 of the cassette 3 are formed on a lower face side of the main link body 71, and a fifth face 69e is formed on a lower face of the arm body 6a.
