PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine capable of smoothly discharging game balls in discharging the winning balls, when game balls simultaneously enter a plurality of start winning holes, and preventing any possibility of stopping the balls in the rear side of a game board. SOLUTION: This Pachinko game machine is provided with a start winning device 10 having a first start winning hole 21 and a second start winning hole 22 disposed in its lower part as the start winning holes, and first and second outflow routes 26 and 28 passing the winning balls entering the first and second start winning holes to the rear side of the game board; and a large winning device 11 having a large winning hole 41 enabling the winning of the game ball when a special game state is produced, having a body part formed into a shape projecting to the rear side of the game board and positioned in the lower part of the start winning device 10 in the game board. The large winning device is provided with a first passing route 51 passing the winning ball outflowing from the first outflow route of the start winning device and a second passing route 52 passing the winning ball outflowing from the second outflow route.
