<p>The present invention relates to taste masking system, taste masked formulations, dosage forms made from those formulations and methods of making those formulations that involve dissolving or dispersing a pH dependant polymer and a non-plasticizing active pharmaceutical ingredient in a solvent, granulating using that material or forming layers over a solid support therewith.
