<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-sized pellicle for a liquid crystal without generating a non-coated part and a lappet by making extension of an adhesive for bonding a pellicle film on a frame uniform in the large-sized pellicle for the liquid crystal whose pellicle area is≥1,000 cm<SP>2</SP>. <P>SOLUTION: The representative configuration of the large-sized pellicle for the liquid crystal has Ra 0.4-4μm of the surface roughness of a pellicle film adhesion face of the frame in the large-sized pellicle for the liquid crystal whose pellicle area is≥1,000 cm<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
