摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide magnetic material in which low-temperature sintering (burning at about 950&deg;C) can suitably be performed and a high magnetic permeability (&mu;) can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: This oxide magnetic material is produced by preparing the oxide magnetic material comprising an Ni-Zn-based ferrite composed of main components (a) Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, (b) NiO and (c) ZnO of, by mol, 45-55%, 15-30% and 15-30%, respectively (provided that the sum of the three components is 100 mol%), and adding, as the liquid phase-generating components, CuO, MgO and Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(provided that the sum of those is 100 wt%) to the above material so as to satisfy the following formulas (d) to (g): (d): (CuO+MgO+Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>)/(Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>+NiO+ZnO)=5.8 to 11 wt%; (e): CuO/(CuO+MgO+Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>)=25 to 40 wt%; (f): MgO/(CuO+MgO+Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>)=20 to 45 wt%; and (g): Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>/(CuO+MgO+Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>)=20 to 40 wt%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
