PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness structure of an electric motorcycle capable of reducing the influence of noise caused by wiring of a high voltage harness and facilitating taking-around of the harness. SOLUTION: In this harness structure of the electric motorcycle constituted by inputting power supply electric power from a battery 70 by a motor driving device 53, outputting it to a motor 40 as driving electric power by processing it in accordance with an instruction of a control signal of a control unit 80, and driving the motor 40 for running, a battery 40 and the control unit 80 are arranged on the opposite sides for each other for the motor driving device 53, the high voltage harness 85 between the battery 40 and the motor driving device 53 is wired on a side where the battery 40 is arranged from the motor driving device 53, and a low voltage harness 81 used to transmit a control signal between the control unit 80 and the motor driving device 53 is wired on a side where the control unit 80 is arranged from the motor driving device 53.
