PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch spacer and an electronic equipment capable of preventing a second electronic board from falling off with drop impact, in case a first electronic board and the second electronic board are coupled by the switch spacer with a facing interval. SOLUTION: The switch spacer 1 is provided with a spacer part 7 opposed to a switch 104 at a frame part 2 fitted to a display operation board 102 with switches arranged on its surface, and claw leg parts 9a, 9b, 9c extended toward a control board 103 facing the display operation board 102. The claw leg parts 9a, 9b, 9c couples the display operation board 102 and the control board 103 with a facing interval in a state claw-hooked with square holes 110 fitted on the surface of the control board 103. It is also provided with elastic leg parts 12a, 12b, which, together with the claw leg parts 9a, 9b in an engaged state with them, are to pinch the control board 103 in a claw-hooking direction.
