PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electromagnetic interference from being generated in other wireless terminals performing important communication if a communication channel is changed based on a measurement result of communication status obtained by a specific wireless terminal. SOLUTION: Measurement results transmitted from each wireless terminal A, B and C are tabulated to comprehensively determine a good communication channel. If necessary, a weighting factor is added to each wireless terminal A, B and C. A numerical value indicating a relative merit of the communication status by each wireless terminal for channels ch1-ch4 which are use objects in the communication (the larger the value is, the worse the communication status is), for example, the numerical value for the channel ch1 is 1, the numerical value for the channel ch2 is 0, the numerical value for the channel ch3 is 1, and the numerical value for the channel ch4 is 2 for the wireless terminal A. The numerical values are multiplied by each weighting factor (value 3), and the values thereof are tabulated for each channel.
