PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of reducing the cost of parts and increasing the efficiency of a refrigerating cycle by mainly cooling the portion of a heat-radiating heat exchanger near a refrigerant outlet part. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is applied to a supercritical steam compression type refrigerating cycle and has a heat-radiating heat exchanger 200 for cooling a high-pressure refrigerant discharged from a compressor 100. The heat-radiating heat exchanger 200 is configured to allow heat exchange between the high-pressure medium circulating in a tube and air. A cylindrical duct member 700 is provided for guiding airflow to the air side passage of the heat exchanger 200. The duct member 700 is formed to surround chiefly the portion of the air side passage of the heat exchanger 200 near the side from which the refrigerant flows out.
