PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bolt from not being removed due to its thread crushed or deformed while suppressing the deformation of flange members due to the side pressure of a reel for a metal wire in the reel separated into a shell member and the flange members and fixed with the bolts. SOLUTION: Each of the flange members 13 is held at both inside and outside between reinforcing plates 14, 15, the flange members 13 and the reinforcing plates 14, 15 are connected to each other with the bolts 16, respectively, and the flange members 13 at both ends are integrally fixed to the reinforcing plates 14, 15 and the shell member 12 with a long bolt 17 passing through the inside of the shell member 12.
