PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining tool for a package connecting belt, a machining apparatus for the packaging body connecting belt, a package manufacturing system, and a method for manufacturing the packaging body, which forme a plurality of long and narrow flaws in the vicinity of cut lines formed when packaging body is separated or perforations to serve as cut-off portions of the packaging body approximately perpendicularly to the cut lines or the perforations on a coupling of the package connecting belt. SOLUTION: The machining tool for the packaging body connecting belt is equipped with: a cutting edge 1A; and a plurality of notching edges 2A consisting of a plurality of blades 2A arranged in the width direction of the cutting edge to extend in the approximately perpendicular direction to the width direction of the cutting edge in the vicinity of both sides of the blade 1A of the cutting edge.
