PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wear article preventing the sticking of excreted feces to a part between the legs and the buttocks and preventing the skin of a wearer from getting dirty with the feces. SOLUTION: This wear article 20A is so formed that a lateral spacing dimension between vertices 43 of movable parts 40 of a liquid prevention sheet 34 is gradually enlarged from the side of a fixed rear end part 42 toward a fixed front end part 41, and a surface sheet 29 exposed between the vertices 43 is broadened from the side of the fixed rear end part 42 toward the fixed front end part 41. An end part sheet 45 laterally pulling in the movable parts 40 is elastically attached between the movable parts 40 extending to the side of the fixed rear end part 42. When wearing the article 20A, the vertices 43 of the movable parts 40 abut on the root part between the legs of the wearer or come close thereto, intrude in the cleft of the buttock and approach or abut on the both sides of the anus.
