The invention relates to a sanitary fitting containing an assembly of light-emitting elements (24a to 24d; 1241 to 1244) for illuminating water that flows out of or into said fitting. According to the invention, the assembly contains light-emitting elements (24a to 24c; 1241 to 1243), which generate light of three primary colours, and at least one light-emitting element (24d; 1244), which generates light of a mixed colour that differs from the primary colours. The invention permits a high-intensity light of an aesthetically pleasing cream or pastel colour to be generated.
