<p>An endoscope-use insertion unit comprising a tip end unit disposed at the tip end portion thereof, a bend unit continuously provided on the base end side of the tip end unit and being free to bend in a first direction, a first observation optical system provided at the tip end unit to input light from a sample to be examined to a first imaging unit, and a second observation optical system provided at the tip end unit to input light from a sample to be examined to a second imaging unit, and an air feed/water feed unit provided at the tip end unit so as to be arranged almost linearly to the first observation optical system and the second observation optical system and jetting gas or liquid from a jet outlet onto the outer surfaces of the first observation optical system and the second observation optical system, characterized in that the air feed/water feed unit is so disposed at the tip end unit that its jetting direction of gas or liquid has a first angle with the first direction, whereby dirt or the like deposited on the outer surfaces of the observation optical systems is efficiently removed by one air feed/water feed unit to ensure observation viewing fields of respective observation optical systems.</p> |
