The invention relates to the construction industry field, and more particularly to structural elements which are used in a system for the construction of pre-fabricated buildings and mainly to a channel structure for floor supported posts, columns and the like floor constructive systems useful for supporting roof or the like structures. The channel is characterized in that it consists in a U-shaped structural profile, and more particularly in a mounting element having a variable length which comprises at least two centrally fixed connectors (relative to the transversal section) located at the bottom portion thereof and in a predetermined position relative to the longitudinal section (in close proximity to the end portions) for receiving the lower end portions of two posts, columns or the like which are joined together by attaching means. The channel also comprises orifices punctually arranged at the lower wall thereof for receiving anchors fixed to the floor; and at least a pair of le vellers coupled to said orifices, which are supported on the floor provided that the floor is unlevelled. The aforementioned levellers act as levelling means arranged in predetermined points for allowing loads to be suitably distributed.
