<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor integrated with driver comprising a driver unit lighter in weight than a conventional one and high in heat dissipation performance. <P>SOLUTION: The case 27 of the driver unit is constructed by combining a heat dissipater 29 and a case body 31. The heat dissipater 29 is formed of a material improved in conductivity and provided with a heat sink function attached with an electric component 41 large in calorific value. The case body 31 is formed of a synthetic resin material.
