<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive an inquiry from an unspecified person requiring translation. <P>SOLUTION: When a user A inquires a first transmission destination 16-1 introduced on a web page 40 from a transmission source terminal 12 by Chinese, a sever 14 translates the inquiry into Japanese and English to generate a list of translations corresponding to the translated inquiries. The generated translation list is stored in a translation list storing server 20 included in the first transmission destination 16-1.
