<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective service system acceptable to a customer of a newspaper exclusive sales agent, leading to sales promotion. <P>SOLUTION: A transportation company head office prepares an invoice that is a coupon ticket, and sends it to a planning company. The planning company sends it to the newspaper exclusive sales agent. The newspaper exclusive sales agent delivers the invoice that is the coupon ticket to the customer as service. The customer enters a necessary item of the invoice, and calls a cargo collection center of the transportation company to make a person of the center come for cargo. At that time, the customer subtracts a service amount (e.g. 500 yen) and pays. The planning company and the transportation company head office jointly manage the number of the invoice by personal computers. The customer gains 500 yen when sending the cargo to an acquaintance, a distant family or the like.
