PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-dimensional circuit simulator capable of obtaining an accurate circuit characteristic result. SOLUTION: Characteristics of a 3-dimensional circuit consisting of 3-dimensional electronic components 73 are calculated by using 3-dimensional electronic component information PI. Characteristics of respective 3-dimensional electronic components 73 can be calculated not by approximation but by actual characteristics. Effects of interference with peripheries, or the like can be considered. Therefore, an accurate circuit characteristic result can be obtained. Since it is unnecessary to use a circuit model consisting of ideal elements, a circuit characteristic result of even an element having a complicated operation mechanism can be obtained.
