PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flapper installation structure capable of preventing the flapper from coming off even by a shock during transportation or by a shock from a commodity passing through a commodity storage passage. SOLUTION: In this flapper installation structure supporting a second shaft part 331, which is formed by bending a support part of the flapper 3 into a cylindrical shape, by means of a third support part 421 formed in a segment 4, a stopper part 332 extending from the shaft part 331 is formed, and the stopper part 332 is bent after passing the shaft part 331 through the support part 421, so that the flapper 3 is prevented from coming off from the segment 4.
