PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem incurring an increase in cost of facilities since in the case of incinerating sludge, a fuel additive such as heavy oil is used to evaporate a water content in the sludge, in the case of using the fuel additive, an exclusive pipe, a blower or the like needs to be installed, and in the case of not using the fuel additive, when the sludge is incinerated, to evaporate the water content, an incinerator needs to be provided with an equipment device. SOLUTION: A method for incinerating the sludge comprises a process for crushing a waste plastic beforehand to granulate, a process for kneading the sludge with a granulated waste plastic and a process for introducing a mixture of the waste plastic and the sludge into the incinerator in incineration of the sludge.
