PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device where a transparent conductive film employing conductive polymer has high conductivity and light transmission and the cost can be reduced.

SOLUTION: A transparent conductive circuit board 11 has the transparent conductive film 2 containing conductive polymer and radical polymerization initiator on a substrate 1. The transparent conductive film 2 has a first region 21 and a second region 22 that is adjacent to the first region 21 and has an electric resistance higher than that of the first region 21.
